One-on-One Sessions for Caregivers & Youth

Private, education-based skill building tailored to individual goals. Ideal for:

  • focused support with routines

Agency Services

Brave Little Parents

Our Brave Little Parents program is an 8-week workshop series group sessions for caregivers of children ages 4–12. Through group sessions, we teach tools for:

  • Consistent routines & structure
  • Positive discipline & clear boundaries
  • Managing strong emotions calmly
  • Clear communication & family problem-solving

This program fosters stronger parent-child relationships, improved household stability, and more confident caregiving — all through non-clinical, educational support. 

Elementary Resilience Program

Our Elementary Resilience Program is an 8-week skill building group session designed for elementary-aged children (grades K–5). Through age-appropriate activities children learn: 

  • Emotion awareness & naming
  • Simple calming strategies
  • Peer interaction & communication
  • Problem-solving basics
  • Confidence building & mindset

This program strengthens early emotional regulation and social skills — supporting improved classroom behavior, peer interactions, and overall self-management.

Youth Social-Emotional Skill Groups

Our Skills for Big Feelings program supports youth ages 10–14 with weekly  group sessions. Over 8 weeks, participants learn:

  • Emotion awareness and naming
  • Coping skills and calming strategies
  • Conflict resolution, peer communication, and healthy boundaries
  • Decision-making and problem-solving

This program builds resilience, self-confidence, and emotional intelligence — helping youth navigate peer pressure, stress, and daily challenges more effectively.

Teen Resilience Lab

Our Teen Resilience Lab is an 8-week structured group for high school youth ages 14–18 that focuses on: 

  • Academic & social stress mastery
  • Boundaries & healthy relationships
  • Peer pressure & risk awareness
  • Goals, discipline, future planning

This program builds resilience, self-confidence, and responsible decision-making — equipping teens to manage academic pressure, peer dynamics, and future goals with clarity and control.
