Family Services

One-on-One Skill Building Sessions

Investment: $130 per 60-minute session

Private sessions designed to help children and caregivers strengthen:

  • Emotional regulation skills
  • Routine development and consistency
  • Communication and conflict resolution
  • Confidence and self-discipline
  • Executive functioning habits

These sessions focus on practical skill development and structured strategies families can use immediately at home.

Optional extended intake session (90 minutes) available for initial goal setting.


Agency & School-Based Programs

Brave Little Parents

For caregivers of children ages 4–12

An 8-week structured workshop series that strengthens parenting confidence, consistency, and communication.

Topics include:

  • Calm discipline strategies
  • Managing big emotions
  • Routine building
  • Strength-based communication
  • Parent self-regulation tools

Designed to reduce stress and increase stability in the home.

Elementary Resilience Program

Grades K–5

An 8-week skill-building group that helps children develop:

  • Emotional awareness
  • Self-regulation strategies
  • Positive peer interaction
  • Confidence in school settings
  • Problem-solving skills

Sessions are interactive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.

Skills for Big Feelings

Ages 10–14

An 8-week structured group focused on:

  • Coping with strong emotions
  • Navigating peer pressure
  • Conflict resolution
  • Healthy boundaries
  • Responsible decision-making

This program helps pre-teens build emotional maturity during a critical developmental stage.

Teen Resilience Lab

High School Students

An 8-week structured program designed to strengthen:

  • Stress management under academic pressure
  • Responsible decision-making
  • Communication in high-pressure situations
  • Relationship boundaries
  • Goal setting and future planning

This program builds resilience, self-confidence, and disciplined thinking — equipping teens to navigate peer dynamics and academic demands with clarity and control.

Workshops & Custom Programming

Customized workshops are available for:

Workshops may be tailored to address emotional regulation, youth resilience, executive functioning skills, or structured parenting strategies.
